A. All rates and prices are euros because of international price brackets for Enagic. The SD501 is 3280 euro and the SD 501 Platinum is 3500euro. Euro rate is between  0.85 0.89 at present so the price converts to around £2910 for SD 501 and £3105 for the SD 501 Platinum.  ( Excluding Vat @ 20% for the UK )

Important Note:( UK only) There will be a customs charge of 20% of product value from the courier which is really VAT when delivered which is charged on or before delivery by DHL, UPS or FedEx 

A. You will need to complete order form, download product order form and also a monthly payment form. Complete these forms with the ID and name of person sponsoring you. A. After placing the order your machine will take up to 28 days but it can be as quick as 7-14 days depending how busy company are with orders. You will receive an email from company when  it's been handed to the  courier to be shipped.. 

and an email from the courier .  Showing delivery date , and request for payment of the  ( VAT )

A. If you have purchased with a 'one off payment' this includes the shipping and installation, VAT is paid separately, If you have ( TRANSFERRED ) the full monies to myself then I will pay VAT on your behalf  )  If you do want us to fit your new device this ( Can be myself, or your direct sponsor ) ( It Can also be arranged to be done by video call )  To install the machine this can also can be arranged please call 07933 313 033 to  find your sponsors details if you don't already have them

A. Our devices will auto clean itself after 25 /30  litres  or 15 minutes of continuous use, and needs a deep clean every 1/4/6 weeks depending on the quality of the water in your area.  You will have citric cleaning salts and E- canister to do this which also comes in the box. A. Full support is given to all, and if you feel like growing the sales for yourself you will have full support as always from  sponsor  and myself, If requested you will also have the opportunity to be added to our customer  pages on this site.

A. Our Ioniser machines are hand built in Japan and Assembled by one technician and are designed to last a lifetime. All machines comes with a minimum guarantee for 5 years, this can also be extended.

A. The Ionisers use a double carbon filter that only our company make. The filter lasts up to 1500 gallons which is just short of 7000 litres so average family would replace once a year. The filter costs 80 EUROS and 64 EUROS  in june and december, you can order from online Shop (you will need your ID and email)

YES!! our Company has offices in 27 countries and in 43 locations, and are able to ship their machines to almost every country in the world with 28 days.Company sells over 18,000 machines per month, you send the order form, they will send the machine. Note: Company will send machine out only with a 20% deposit with no credit check this is very unique and all done in house. PLEASE NOTE THE 20% OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR  THE CARIBBEAN  AND AFRICA AND SOME OTHER COUNTRIES ,  VAT IS PAID AT THE RATE OF APPROPRIATE COUNTRY.
